Our client is a full service digital agency based in Manchester, they are currently looking for highly creative social media and digital marketing executive, to join their talented and establish team. To be successful for this opportunity you must be well organised, a strong communicator, who is an expert when it comes to social media and digital marketing. As our client is rapidly growing they are looking for a Social Media Executive to be a self-starter and be able to hit the ground running. The role of the Social Media Executive will be to deliver social medial campaigns which includes; - Content creation - Execution - Monitoring - Reporting - Strong knowledge of SEO would support this role Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of social media marketing experience (preference to account management experience). - Excellent and proven experience on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest. - Knowledge of social media packages and analytics software (Hootsuite, Agora Pulse, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc). - Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. - Ability to blog about social media based on research, experience, and relevant social media news. - Ideally you must have some graphic design. - Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management. - Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills. - Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities. - Preference candidates will have marketing experience in industries such as hospitality, medical, retail or sport. Skills- Work with clients to create social media strategies that collaborate with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in client industries. - Create well-timed and engaging content, optimized best for the platform used and intended audience. - Monitor sites for customer service opportunities. - Analyse and report social media actions on a monthly basis for targeting successes and new opportunities. - Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client branding, this will include customising social media pages, developing supporting offline collateral and creating original content. - Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts. - Continue to refine and define our social marketing process. - Work with teams to create a solid branding message that is reflected across marketing materials and social media content. - Clientele industries include: Medical, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial, Sports, Legal - Available to attend events we sponsor on a monthly basis outside of standard hours.
