To work under the direction of our Content Marketing & Outreach Copywriter Manager to produce high quality content for iBus Media and iBus Media clients. This includes brainstorming ideas based on approved domains and URLs, writing (substitue for producing) the content based strictly on client guidelines for linking, photos, length, subject matter, etc., communicating with clients on any desired edits or changes, and managing the workflow to ensure transparency to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Research domains approved by clients and iBus for relevant article ideas associated with desired keywords. Writingheadlines and article briefs for potential articles based on the above researchand submitting to client for approval. Communicatingwith client to ensure quick approval of article ideas and outlines. Editingthe content following the strict guidelines as set by client and iBus in atimely manner. Duringprobationary period all content must be approved by iBus manager beforesubmitted to clients. Workwith iBus to source additional freelancers to complete increase in workflow,and ensure those freelancers are following all content outreach contentproduction guidelines and quality standards. Provideweekly or monthly reports on all SEO content outreach tasks. Manageworkflow and creative process for high volumes of content requests. Creating (substitue for the creation) high-quality, sharable digital content for SEO and Content Marketing purposes. Researchingrelevant client industry topics to create the most compelling content. Editingarticles and proof-reading blog posts written by others. Knowledge,Skills and Experience: Proven experience in writing, editing, and proof reading. Must be able to write and edit a large amount of content at a time. Must be able to write intelligently about a variety of topics and industries. Must have experience specifically in SEO writing and optimization of online content. Excellent communication skills (email, Skype, in-person).
