THE ROLE I am now seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager able to run their own projects to join a firm of consultants in Southampton. Ideally you should be able to work relatively unsupervised Experience of both pre and post contract work is essential with experience across a range of building projects as they are working on schools, colleges, residential and office projects. You should have worked for another firm of consultant PQS or similar to have gained the right experience. THE CLIENT My client is a firm of multi disciplinary construction consultants doing pre and post contract quantity surveying, cost management, project management, building surveying and architecture for a range of clients across the UK and further afield.
