Working in partnership with CER, my client are one of the leading providers of early education and preschools along with employersponsored child care, backup care, educational advisory services and other work/life solutions. I am currently looking for Nursery assistants/Nursery Nurse for adhoc cover weekly. Job Purpose The Nursery Nurse (NN) is a key carer for a specific group of children responsible for delivering exceptional care and education for children. The NN works within a team to ensure the nursery is compliant in all areas with an ultimate goal of going for Gold . The role of the NN is to support childrens development in partnership with parents, through observing, planning for next steps and evaluating. A NN has the responsibility of building strong partnerships with parents/carers and other professionals to ensure every child has an individual plan unique and aligned to their own needs and interests. This role requires working in collaboration with others and taking responsibility for working in line with regulatory requirements.
