Our parks and leisure services client require a part time Office Administrator to work 30 hours per week. The hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Tuesday to Thursday and then 8am to 4pm on Friday. There is a thirty minute break each day. Duties include assisting the Office Manager with reconciling invoices, collecting timesheets to prepare for payroll, taking and passing messages to contract management, compiling performance data as well as more general admin tasks such as photocopying and filing of documents. Applicants must have IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word and Excel. This is a permanent role based within the grounds of Holland Park in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
