Facilities & Archiving Assistant Part Time Manchester City Centre A new role due to expansion! A new opportunity has come up for a dedicated Facilities and Archiving Assistant, at a large law firm based in Manchester City Centre. The role is working mornings, 9am 1pm, Monday to Friday. It will include: Full facilities and archiving support in the Manchester office Archiving oversee the storage of all files Use of different software packages Working to the firms policies and procedures General office and facilities support Processing mail and distribution of DX deliveries Organising couriers Reprographics copying, scanning, binding, printer management Ideally, we are looking for previous experience within a Facilities and/or Archiving within a legal firm or professional services firm.
