The role is part time, working with a timetable that would be a 0.2 equivalent, spread over 2 separate days. PART TIME Accounts Administrator This is a 15hr per week part-time role based in Southwater, Horsham West Sussex. Hours are flexible across 2 whole days or 3x 5hr days Some experience of Sage is of benefit and the ability to create vlook ups and manipulate large sheets of data in Excel is a requirement. £9.70p - £11.50 per hour depending on experience along with a performance related bonus Duties: To enter transactions into Sage: - Purchase invoices - Purchase credits - Sales invoices - Sales credits - Bank transfers - Bank receipts - Bank payments - Foreign trader transactions (eg Chinese suppliers, foreign currency receipts and payments) - Journals - Payroll transactions - Pension transactions - Hire purchase payments (referring to HP schedule of payments for interest/capital split). To distribute purchase invoices for approval prior to payment. To reconcile all bank accounts, credit card and petty cash. To check exchange rates used monthly and make adjustments as required. To enter timesheets weekly into the 'Timesheet tracker' spreadsheet.
