Our client are into their eighth year of trading but have seen continued success resulting in consistent growth (30% YoY). Due to this, they are keen to bring another Project Manager on board to work on a variety of projects in the property sector, from residential to commercial to leisure. It will be highly advantageous if the Project Manager has experience of working on residential developments as much of our clients workload revolves around this be it hotels, student accommodation, private housing or public housing. Although Chartered status is desirable, it is not essential to the role. Experience of carrying out the role of Employers Agent will be highly advantageous. Project Manager Project Manager City of London Global Company I am looking for a driven Project Manager to join a global company who are looking to expand their UK market presence by building a new UK Headquarters in London. This Project Manager position has a direct route into a partnership and the successful candidate will benefit from excellent training and support. This project is a large mixed use development with a value of £100 million, the build will be commercial heavy with two floors of retail space and this company will be acting as both the client and the consultancy. The successful Project Manager will have the opportunity to be involved with this project through from conception to completion and will have the rare chance to construct the building they will eventually work in. I am looking for a driven and sharp Project Manager who is capable of running their own projects with little supervision. The Project Manager must have great communication skills and able to easily adapt to changing circumstances.
