THE ROLE My client, a firm of construction consultants seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join them in central London to work mainly on a varied workload of building projects. You will carry out the full range of pre contract and post contract services from feasibility through project delivery. They are working on a range of museums, arts, cultural plus high end education, healthcare and some laboratories mainly of high value for new build and refurbishment. You will deal directly with clients and be able to run your own projects ideally without supervision. THE CLIENT My client is a successful firm of construction consultants mainly focusing on project management and cost management. They are a large firm with offices across the U.K. plus some overseas. THE CANDIDATE You will need to have a BSc or BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management or another construction / built environment subject. Ideally you will be MRICS / MAPM or similarly qualified. You also need to have at least three years minimum experience working as a Project Manager post graduation in the construction industry having worked for another firm of Construction Consultants, End user client or developer.
