We are currently seeking a Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work across all of our brands. The position is permanent. Key Features of the Role: Newly created role because of the success of the Company The position requires a target driven motivated individual that after training is provided will show the drive and determination to hit targets leading promotion to full Consultant status In the interim you will work alongside our team of experienced Recruitment Consultants providing all round resourcing and administrative support helping them to fill vacancies The Recruitment Consultant role will involve managing all aspects of the recruitment process from gaining clients and winning assignments through to advertising, headhunting, screening candidates to organizing interviews through to facilitating job offers leading to placements. This is commonly known nowadays as 360 Degree Recruiting. On the job and external training ( REC and / or NVQ ) will be provided in order to progress your career towards becoming a Consultant The role will involve a great deal of telephone work to fulfil the requirements of both roles so a good telephone manner is a must. Unlike lots of other recruitment agencies we offer fast track progression to not only raise your basic salary but to further incentivise you in order for you to be awarded for improvements in performance Knowledge and Skills: You must have some experience of working in a recruitment business. The role will appeal either to an experienced Resourcer or an experienced Recruitment Administrator or perhaps an existing Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Previous experience within a sales environment would be very useful. In order to be successful in this business you will need an array of personal strengths -business and commercial awareness combined with a strong work ethic, high drive and energy, capable of working under own initiative, as well as having a desire to run your own recruitment desk, gravitas, presence, an excellent telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Basic salary is genuinely negotiable within a range of £15,000 - £19,000 and dependent upon your experience and skill set. Auto - enrolment Pension and Holiday entitlement commencing with 20 days plus bank and public holidays increasing to 25 days. In addition, there is a bonus scheme on top of the basic salary plus an opportunity to win other various incentives.
