We are looking to attract new talent with the launch of a market-leading induction and development programme within our national network of branches. About the Role Working in a team, you’ll provide a first class service to customers over the phone and in-branch, developing strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Gaining a good understanding of the customer’s requirements, and by asking the right questions about what they need you’ll provide them with all the right products for the job. Using your skills to maximise the sales opportunity through relevant add-ons, you’ll also develop a strong commercial awareness to protect the profit margins of the sale. About you We don’t expect you to be a sales ninja or technical expert. To be selected for telephone interview you must be able to demonstrate: An understanding of great customer service A team-working ethic everyone contributes to the success of the branch Good administrative skills to keep on top of the sales process and your customer orders Great communication skills The development programme aims to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.
