They are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to work out of their main office on a permanent basis As a Sales Advisor you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring you provide a first class service Your main focus will be to provide an excellent customer experience for potential new clients through promoting the services of a Contractor Accountant and Umbrella Payroll specialist. Duties of the role Making warm calls to potential clients by telephone to promote the companies brand ensuring the solution has been explained and also the benefits Ensure all calls and emails are handled with empathy, enthusiasm, confidence and accuracy Ensure that all customers are treated with outstanding service, taking them through the registration process and ensuring that the correct solution is presented to them Ensure that prospective customers are fully advised and supported through their decisionmaking process Maximise exposure and increase awareness in the Recommend a Friend Scheme Promote additional services to clients The basic salary for the role will be £18,000 plus bonus of anywhere from £200 £1000 p/month.
