Graduate Sales/Trainee Field Sales executive wanted for ambitious Water treatment, filtration & legionella management business. Up to £25k basic, £40k+ ote. THE ROLE; Due to growth, our client is looking for a Graduate Sales/Trainee sales executive, ASM. Youll be taught how to sell their water filtration systems, legionella risk assessments, compliance consultancy, sampling & analytical services, legionella management, chlorination & disinfection services. As Graduate Sales/Trainee sales executive, ASM, youll be targeting NHS & Private hospitals, Care Homes, Social Housing providers, Local Authorities, Schools & Universities, Hotel Chains & Facilities Management companies. This is a new business focused role, covering anywhere around the country. Once youve won the account, youll develop the relationship for approximately 3 months & then pass it on to an account manager. Youll be looking to generate between £500k £1million in new business per annum & will benefit from an attractive, open ended 3% commission scheme. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE; The successful Graduate Sales/Trainee sales executive, ASM, will ideally be Degree educated in Biology, Chemistry or Physics. You will be consultative in your approach, inquisitive, a good communicator & have an interest in healthy living. You will undergo an indepth training program that will cover sales and how to successfully present our clients solution. This training will be ongoing & will cover the first year or two of your employment with the business. You will be taught the water treatment industry, the HSE Approved Code of Practice HSG274 for legionnaires disease, water filtration systems, legionella management, risk assessment etc. They will guide & develop you to be hugely successful in selling an ethical, hygiene led technical solution. You will be taught how to sell into NHS and Private hospitals, Care Homes, Social Housing providers, Local Authorities, Schools and Universities, Hotel Chains and Facilities Management companies. Youll be bright, able to absorb technical information, journey plan and cover the country, which will on occasion require nights away. Youll be a good team player, as you will be supported by a team of service engineers and internal sales people. You will be located around the West Midlands with access to their office & be happy to cover the country. THE REMUNERATION; £20,000 £25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience. 3% commission on sales, giving commission potential of £15,000+ in Year 1 & £30,000+ in Year 2 Company car, Reimbursed fuel, mobile, laptop 28 days holiday.
