Job Title: Sales Executive / Internal Sales / Sales Representative Salary: £18,000, Realistic OTE £27,##### ######Location: Burgess Hill Duration: Permanent Hours: Mon Fri, 9am6pm Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, free option of companys service when needed, parking A unique opportunity has arisen with our marketleading client in their Scientific field. The Sales Executive / Internal Sales / Sales Representative role is a new role that has been created by our client due to their services growing and the numbers of customer enquires increasing. Your responsibility in this role will be a consultative, serviceled sales role to follow up internal sales enquires. The Sales Executive / Internal Sales / Sales Representative person must have the aptitude to learn and understand the medical and scientific concepts behind the service offered and be able to relate these to prospective personal needs in a nonemotive way. Duties and responsibilities: Proactively follow up all sales leads generated by enquiries into the website in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Convert inbound customer calls into tangible sales Follow through customers in sales process to successful close Logging and resolving customer complaints as they happen Be part of a team responsible for maintaining out of hours phone service for emergency kit dispatches Accurately record all information on the companys CRM Ensure compliance within job is under relevant UK and EU law Skills required: Educated to a university level or equivalent and demonstrate a strong academic record Excellent aptitude for learning Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Thorough understanding of and respect for Data Protection and confidentiality Ability to manage and prioritise work load and tasks Attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexible attitude to working Ability to critique and improve processes and services Ability to develop maintain knowledge of and comply with EU and UK law relating to the service provided Competent in CRM database and Microsoft Office Outward facing, customer oriented, fully committed and results driven Although Sales is required principally during 09:0018:00, MondayFriday UK business hours, it is necessary to provide oncall services out of normal office hours for example to cover for 24/7 emergency kit dispatches and other vital customer service.
