About the Contracts Manager role: The Contracts Manager will oversee each child's journey through placement from referral through to post transition support packages liaising between the Registered Manager of the children's home, Heads of Service and external agencies. You will be part of a small team reporting into the Head of Customer Relations and supported by the Placements and Contracts Administrator you will have primary responsibility for managing the referrals process and working with Registered Managers to deliver placements consistent with the required levels of occupancy.
