This role is a very active role so the ideal candidate will be physically fit and have the motivation and drive to be out and about with the young adults for a high percentage of the time. Due to the disabilities there are challenging behaviours involved with this position however you will be given comprehensive PMVA training in order to manage these. No previous experience necessarily required for this vacancy, however due to locations, car drivers are extremely preferred. Once training has been completed, lone working is a requirement of this position. If accepted for the role, you will be put onto the companies 4 day induction process and also enrolled to complete the care certificate. The age range of clients you will be working with is 1825 years old. These clients are currently all males however there may be females to support in the future also. You will be working on a 9 day rota of two mornings, 2 lates, 2 waking nights, followed by 3 days off.
