We have new opportunities for experienced staff to join our small teams as Senior Support Workers, as well as opportunities for less experienced support worker roles with built in training and mentoring. We are looking for staff in the Paddock Wood and East Peckham areas to work with our outgoing and fun loving clients. Location: Paddock Wood / East Peckham Pay: £18,980 - £23,400 pa (Representative of 40 hours per week and sleep ins paid at £45 - £55 per night Hours: Flexible (Full Time 40 hours per week, part time also available) The ideal support worker will need the following skills and attributes: Confident, happy people to join our small, established teams Ability to use own initiative; for example, planning fun days out Flexibility to work within a rota pattern that covers 24 hours, including sleep ins Ability to work as a team and lone work Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (we support our clients to attend services that may not be readily accessible by public transport. Mileage is paid for these journeys) Our Senior Support Workers will take on additional responsibilities in house to support the Team Leader as required and provide mentoring for support workers once established within the team.
