The role will be to assist with all aspects of customer events and public exhibitions which includes planning, build up and set down (some heavy lifting is required). The job also includes delivering product training to retailers across the UK. Key responsibilities: Demonstrate to customers strong knowledge of product and assist with set up of retail displays (tent and awning pitching). Build and maintain relationships with customers and their key personnel. Be able to work independently and as part of a sales team at exhibitions and trade shows. Key requirements: Excellent communication skills and confident when dealing with both customers and consumers. Be flexible with working away and overnight stays which can be up to 710 days with some European travel. Be flexible with working hours as some days may require an early start/late finish and be able to work weekends as requested. Be physically fit to build up and set down customer events and public exhibitions. Computer literate. Industry knowledge advantageous but not essential to start. Hold a full UK driving licence and passport. Based in Little Braxted, Witham the normal hours are 9.00 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday but as stated above, working hours will be vary.
