Mango Solutions Recruitment is an agency acting on behalf of a wellestablished manufacturer based in Grays. Our client deals with high quality luxury glass providing delivery and fitting. We are seeking an experienced Transport Planner/ scheduler that can optimise the routes and plan the daily work of both the 2 fitting teams and the Pre Installations Project Designer The Role Responsibilities of the Scheduler: Send by email the daily work plan to the Pre Project Designer. Manage the incoming requests for Pre Installation Surveys. Liaise with fitting teams ensuring each job is completed to customers satisfaction. Manage requests for remedial works ensuring Remedial request forms are sent to clients. Ensure any failed Survey visits are recorded and photographs sent to Showrooms. Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience scheduling drivers particularly in Central London and within M25. Must possess good computer skills. Demonstrate good communications skills both verbal and written. Must have a polite telephone manner. An ability to work in a busy open plan sales office environment. UK DOMESTIC TRANSPORT SALES EXECUTIVE – National Sales Territory, £35,000 + fully expensed BMW Company Car, Laptop, Mobile, Pension + Bonuses etc. We have an exciting opportunity for a UK DOMESTIC TRANSPORT SALES EXECUTIVE to join an organisation, with an excellent reputation promoting their International Transport services. Covering a national territory the role will be based from the Midlands UK Head Office and is offering a salary of up to £35,000 basic + Fully expensed company car, laptop, mobile, pension, bonus etc. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of working in UK DOMESTIC TRANSPORT SALES, sourcing leads, liaising with prospective customers, arranging and attending Sales meetings, discussing their current Transport levels & offering Transport solutions, negotiating to gain new business. Our client do not operate their on UK Domestic Transport services, therefore the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of 3rd party Haulage suppliers. This position is ideally suited to an outgoing, confident, energetic and sales focused individual with a good knowledge of the UK Transport industry and proven track record in Transport Sales whether General Haulage, Pallets or UK Distribution.

Nu Staff are looking for a Transport Administrator on a Permanent contract, for a Client in the Bristol area. Role The successful candidate will be assisting the Manager in the smooth operation of the Transport Office, compiling and maintaining documentation and managing information. Ensuring drivers depart and arrive on time, processing vital information, issuing journey details and booking staff on and off shift, this is a very challenging and demanding role. Responsibilities include: Brief and debrief the drivers on both departure and return from each journey. To effectively communicate via telephone to customers and Depots, ensuring incoming calls are answered and dealt with promptly. To assist the management team in providing a professional service. To work well within the transport team function to ensure deadlines are met. Generate driver journey sheets from in house computer systems and issue to drivers. Produce reports, such as missing volume, debrief status and unconfirmed orders. * Collate weekly information for Transport auditing purposes. Candidate profile: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. In addition to being articulate, professional and well organised, your ability to use your initiative and stay on top of several tasks at once will prove invaluable. You will need to have strong PC skills and knowledge of transport hours and regulations.
