Night Shift Transport Clerk We are looking for a Transport Clerk / Administrator in Swindon working the night shift of 10pm-6am Sunday- Thursday nights This will be a temp on going role with the potential to go perm for the right candidate. The purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient running of the desk and all aspects filing and reporting. Successful Transport Clerk / Administrators role will include but not be limited to: Completing all paper work with a high level of accuracy. Ensure all paperwork is filled in numerical order and are completed fully and logged. Ensure staff have adequate support to work efficiently. To preform work within the company in a confidential manner. Debriefing the drivers and their paper work. Monitoring the loading and tipping of all of the distribution stock. Communicating the other teams in the warehouse. The Transport Clerk / Administrator will be required but not limited to have: Excellent organisational and communication skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software. The ability to manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Assist colleagues and warehouse whenever necessary Provide hospitality assistance for your peers and visitors alike. Experience of working in a fast paced environment. Computer Literate. Good organisational and communications skills. Flexible approach to work. You will need to be reliable, self-motivated and work accurately with excellent attention to detail. Working Monday- Friday 10pm - 6am. MASW03

We are seeking an experienced Transport Planner/ scheduler that can optimise the routes and plan the daily work of both the 2 fitting teams and the Pre Installations Project Designer The Role Responsibilities of the Scheduler: Send by email the daily work plan to the Pre Project Designer. Manage the incoming requests for Pre Installation Surveys. Liaise with fitting teams ensuring each job is completed to customers satisfaction. Manage requests for remedial works ensuring Remedial request forms are sent to clients. Ensure any failed Survey visits are recorded and photographs sent to Showrooms. Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience scheduling drivers particularly in Central London and within M25. Must possess good computer skills. Demonstrate good communications skills both verbal and written. Must have a polite telephone manner. An ability to work in a busy open plan sales office environment.
