Degree in relevant spatial or numerical subject, at Grade 2:1 or above; 2. A good understanding of transport project development processes; 3. Experience of the production and review of transport plans and strategies, feasibility studies, Option Assessment Reports and Business Cases 4. Working knowledge of transport guidance and current best practice (such as WebTAG); 5. Working knowledge of current transport policy at sub-regional, regional and national level; 6.
