The Role: Managing a team of 35 class 2 Drivers and a fleet of 25 vehicles your role is to ensure vehicles routes are planned correctly, manage staffing levels, check vehicles and drivers are compliant with regulations while meeting daily and weekly KPIs and ensure Health and Safety standards are upheld. You will have direct control and responsibility for staff training and resource allocation and maintaining compliance with the companys HR policies. The Candidate: My client is looking for an experienced Transport or Distribution Manager with knowledge of multidrop delivery route planning and optimisation. Candidates would ideally have a National CPC licence but must have enthusiasm to take on a new challenge.
