Primarily you'll be responsible for Assist the account managers with the management of our existing customers specifically with communication in target language Supporting the entire sales process, from identification of potential customers, lead qualification, preparing and attending remote meetings, and contract negotiation. Responding to inquiries and requests from customers and partners Assist in executing the Inside Sales team marketing strategy, communication plan and lead generation. Creating and maintaining databases: Channels Partners/Field Sales/Databases; Networking Groups; Referral Leads, etc. Manage the sales cycle with SalesForce We're looking for profiles with the following Highly motivated and ambitious with a positive "can do" attitude. Strong language skills- fluency in English plus additional European languages preferably Italian or German Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills. Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritise effectively. Confident and poised appearance, and able to operate at an executive level. Excellent organizational and presentation skills. Excellent phone manner and strong Web-based skills Ability to use MS Office applications Technology, IT or Telecom knowledge is a big plus.
