The Role: This is an entry level position within the business, where the Sales Executive, ASM, will be taught all there is to know about noncombustible stone wool insulation including its features, advantages, applications, and benefits. As Graduate Sales Executive, ASM, BDM you will be selling thermal, acoustic and roofing insulation, which is easy to fit, bringing benefits to builders and their customers. The Graduate Sales Executive, ASM, BDM will be selling stone wool insulation, ideal for residential thermal applications, such as home extensions, loft conversions, and sound applications, such as home offices, bedrooms and bathrooms, plus TV and games rooms. You will be selling to between 140 180 national and independent builders merchants, stockists and buying groups. You will be running training mornings with the merchant employees, as well as contractors and installers, demonstrating the benefits of the product, which includes being noncombustible, fires resistant, water repellent, sound absorbent, easy to cut and fit and ideal for the residential property. The Graduate Sales Executive, ASM, BDM will be covering the East Midlands, up to Sheffield, including Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Grantham, Peterborough, Rugby, Northampton, Cambridge and Huntingdon. This is largely an account management & development role, where youll be training and supporting your merchants and distributors as the manufacturers representative. Your basic salary will rise by £2K every 6 months on hitting certain performance indicators, up to a maximum of £30K. After a couple of years, if all is going well, you should be promoted to other divisions in the business. This could be within sales, marketing, product development, PR etc The career options within this business are superb. The Successful Candidate: You will be Degree educated in any discipline, because this shows them that you can apply yourself, stick to a subject and learn it. You will have had face to face customer interaction, whether that he a part time role in retail, catering, direct sales etc, whilst going through University, or in the last couple of years since graduating. You must be a chameleon: able to communicate with the varied and diverse characters that you find in the building industry. You will be hard working, willing to put in the hard yards to develop your career. You will be ambitious, able to think on your feet, resilient and able to take the knocks that come with sales. The Remuneration: Basic salary starts at £24,000. This rises by £2,000 every 6 months, based on performance, rising up to £30K in 18 months time, although star performers in the past have got to £30k after 12 months. A bonus scheme, paid quarterly, of up to 30% of your basic salary. About the role We have doubled in size in the last four years and have no plans to slow down any time soon. With this growth comes exciting opportunities for Outbound Sales Executives to join us in our sales team. The role involves contacting Managing Directors and Business Owners of SMEs to discuss our services and using your consultative sales approach and effective questioning techniques to arrange for them to meet with our field sales team. You will be handling objections, building excellent rapport, understanding the clients needs and thinking on your feet. We invest heavily in our CRM so that you can spend your time doing what you are going to do best. Selling. Whats on offer?
