About the Role: They are now seeking an additional individual to join their Technical Team. The role is varied but mainly involves supporting clients on the phone these are mainly EDI managed service clients. Full training on EDI and their managed Services will be given but some knowledge of EDI systems would be a distinct advantage. For most of the time you will be assisting our Technical Services Manager on all aspects of systems and client support. Due to the fact that we are not a large company most of our roles are multifaceted and will allow an individual to grow in many areas such as becoming an expert on all matters EDI and maybe getting some programming experience. The role will involve some direct (face to face) and indirect (telephone) support responsibilities so good communication skills are essential (both written and verbal) along with some experience of a similar IT support environment.
