Responsible for internal and external IT compliance and regulations matters GPDR Core Skills, Knowledge and Attributes Significant experience in a similar Corporate IT Support role. Extensive overall IT experience, MCSE qualification and/or related degrees. Skilled in hardware performance monitoring, analysis and capacity planning. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Active Directory topologies and Exchange 2013 and office 365 systems. Networking fundaments and monitoring tools (SNMP and WMI monitoring). Network and application security. Threat management gateway Email scanning technologies. Experience with implementing new processes and following through with required disciplines Excellent collaboration and communication/interpersonal skills. Strong customer service ethics and sense of urgency Demonstrates and acts as a role model for the companies group values and behaviours. Quick turnaround on instructions or requests from senior management. Ability to perform well in team environments. Ability to remain calm and collected in pressure situations to allow constructive guidance to the team and also communicate effectively to stakeholders. This successful & expanding financial services company is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and conscientious Senior Support Analyst to join a team providing support to c400 users. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for resolving escalated calls from the service desk covering all areas of Infrastructure, Desktop and Telecommunications. THE ROLE Provide professional support of Infrastructure & Telecommunications to c 400 users Resolve escalated calls from the service desk team and manage user expectations Troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware and business software and escalate where necessary Telephone system and mobile device support Deployment of new hardware / software Involvement with project work Maintaining appropriate documentation.
