I.T Support iPLM Environment Production Support Specialist Responsibilities Work as part of the iPLM Environments team to provide ongoing operational support of iPLM IT systems for Dev/Test/Prod collaborating with IT infrastructure build; middleware/DB and application Build Team and Dassault Systems SMEs in designated areas) o Using Incident and Problem management processes o Resolution of operational and performance issues Assist iPLM Operations team in root cause analysis and address system configuration, operational and performance issues in the supported iPLM environments covering Linux/Win2008/2012 servers and Windows7 clients. This is a role which they see developing in importance and responsibilities directly with the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Daily management and direction of the IT Support Team, ensuring delegated duties are completed Managing projects to ensure timely completion Working with members of the support team in troubleshooting and resolving issues for clients Providing an escalation point for support cases if not resolved quickly by 1st line support Working with the Managing director to help business development, including the production of proposals, designing of solutions and attending/conducting meetings with potential new business to understand existing infrastructure The Candidate: Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Ideally MCSE and CCNA but should hold at least some certifications Experience of supporting Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10, including Active Directory and Group Policy Experience of supporting Windows Server 2003 to 2012. Regional IT Support Analyst Role: Joining our team as a Regional IT Support Analyst, you will provide software, hardware and network support for all users, customers and stakeholders primarily in the South Eastern region.
