I am looking for a IT Support Engineer to join a North West based Managed Service Provider in their Hyde office. As the 1 st / 2 nd Line Support Engineer you will be joining a close knit and sociable team so there is a large emphasis on the culture fit as much as Technical ability. As the IT Support Engineer you will be given the authority to try and close tickets yourself or choose when to escalate them to a more senior member of the Technical team, this gives you a much greater exposure to different problems and technology which can help to accelerate your own progression. The role will include some face to face customer support, so we would need the IT Support Engineer to have a full UK drivers license as well as full access to their own vehicle.
