We are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Teacher / Lead Education Worker to teach Motor Mechanics, joining a special independent Care Farm for children aged 919 in Maiden Bradley. You would be teaching Motor Mechanics to young people with emotional behavioural difficulties, complex Learning Difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and challenging behaviour. Salary: £18,000 £28,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Hours: 37.5 hours a week 52 weeks of the year. About the Care Farm: This is part of a long established, well regarded provision offering a range of childrens services and a team that has strong experience and skills working with children who have a variety of care needs including, those that have experienced trauma, learning disability, educational exclusion, high risk behaviours and mental health issues. Outdoor learning isnt a subject or a topic, its a way of teaching.
