Medacs Healthcare are in partnership with a nationwide care provider to recruit Part time Support Workers in Oldhurst, Cambridgeshire at their residential unit Oaktrees for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities. The main aim of a Support Worker is to help service users with learning or physical disabilities to learn to live as independently as possible, by identifying and supporting them in their particular areas of need. The role is a permanent position and there are part time contracts available for 10 or 30 hours a week, £7.50 p/h. Shift times between 07.00 21.30 however specific rota patterns will be discussed further at interview. This is a flexible part time role, with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week plus two hours travel time. You can chose to work 2 full days or 4 shorter days/evenings.
