Now the company work with some of the largest household names in energy and have established themselves within local councils and Nationwide schemes alike following their stand out service and local presence. Manpower are currently representing the business in support of their latest recruitment drive and are looking for the below: Part time Customer Scheduling Advisors Up to £9100 per annum plus £1500 per year in available bonus Hours of work are 17:00 21:00 Monday to Friday with one Saturday and one Sunday per month required (a day off in lieu during the week will be given) You will be required to book appointments for customers; which sales surveyors will then follow up on and quote the given customers for a price for new boilers Your customer information will come from warm leads where members of the public may have enquired about a new boiler, therefore no cold calling will be required The shift that you will work as a part time employee will be one of the companys busiest times so you must be comfortable with the potential for volume calls Experience in working with customers face to face or over the phone would be ideal however training is provided so experience is not essential. To be eligible for the role you MUST be able to pass a credit check (no current CCJs or bankruptcys), you must also be able to pass a DBS check.
