Our client is now looking to recruit a Teacher in Initial Teacher Education to join them to plan and deliver teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for the quality of your own teaching and related curriculum development. This is a part time (18 hours per week), maternity cover contract role. Developing learning resources / materials to meet individual learner needs and act as a subject, personal or course tutor, you will assess student competence in the College or in the workplace and devise assessment processes tailored to each individual learner. You will also provide student advice, support, and induction and assist with the student enrolment and internal and external marketing activities of the College. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated individual, with a relevant degree coupled with a creative and innovative approach to the development of teaching and learning. With successful teaching experience, you should be able to devise and deliver learning opportunities to meet group and individual needs and inspire all in their learning.
