They nurture legal talent and provide a career structure which is based on merit, without the usual confusing application process and boxticking exercise, there are no glass ceilings here at all, with no earning limits and pointless pay grades which reward on a level of experience rather than taking into account the individual and the value they add to the firm. They house Lawyers who with their infrastructure, bill over £1million with little in the way of Secretarial support. You will find an entrepreneurial culture and set trends, just recently they were approached by two International Top 20 firms who wanted to seek advice on how they manage client payments and cash flow just so efficiently.
