Due to the expansion of a family run business, we are looking to bring on a contracts manager who will deal with projects on the air conditioning and gas field. The role is about 80% air conditioning and 20% heating/FM/building services. The right manager will need to head up the department, so the right person needs to be senior and been in the industry for a long time, with a genuine interest in building the business and themselves, as the right person would look to be promoted to directorship after working with the business for a while. The majority of the exsisting staff have been with them for over 10 years. You will need to be local to the office in Rotherham, and cover the sites around a 15 mile radius of Rotherham, so it is nice and local, giving you a better work life balance.
