Product Manager Manchester £50K. Our client based in South Manchester is currently looking for a skilled Product Manager. Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Operations, you will embrace accountability for the product life cycle, driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the engineering organisation and for delivering projects. Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering, documenting and prioritising product and customer requirements, working with the management team to define the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The role will span many markets including the UK, Canada and UAE. The Cloud Based Service has both desktop and mobile app interfaces. Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Help define and document the product strategy and update and maintain the Product Roadmap. Drive product life cycle from strategic planning, project management/development and related tactical activities. Understand the changing needs of the market and the customer base, and specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and noncustomers. Develop a prioritized feature backlog and corresponding justification for the features. Develop, manage, and report user group feedback sessions. Analyze potential partner opportunities for the product. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and be an expert regarding the competition current, emerging and anticipated.
