Plumbing & Heating Estimator / Mechanical Estimator / Project Manager, required for our client, a plumbing & heating specialist, based in Hampshire. The Plumbing & Heating / Meahcnial Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for providing cost pricing and estimates on full plumbing and heating plant / systems, on both new installations and refurbishment projects, within commercial sites, such as schools, local authority buildings, retail sites and large domestic properties. The candidate would then be overseeing the projects through to completion. Ideally, the client is looking for a candidate who has previous experience working as a mechanical estimator or project manager, with technical knowledge in the plumbing / heating / gas industry, alternatively, they would also potentially consider a candidate who may have experience in estimating / pricing up large jobs, in another role such as a project manager, contracts manager, or who may have successfully run their own company. The projects will vastly range in value, typically from £10k to £200k in value and the estimator will be required to conduct site surveys around the Hampshire area for new projects, but otherwise be based in the office in Southampton.
