We are working with our partners to find a Project Manager / Senior Project manager for this North West Construction company. With over £300m of projects in the pipeline including High Rise RC framed mixed use, flats, apartments and student accommodation this is an opportunity to join an ambitious firm with a very experienced board including investment and construction directors. If this sounds like your next role if you are already a Senior PM or looking to move in to project management from senior site manager you should call me to discuss. These jobs for this type of company do not come along very often and one thing I can say is once they are filled they will not be recruiting for some time as their staff retention is also excellent.
